This is a great two-hour motion picture. Unfortunately, it runs 20 minutes longer than that.. It's hard to imagine why anyone of any age would find other elements of this movie's attempt at a comic text even mildly amusing.. . For Chan, it's a step in the right direction, although he has yet to be given the opportunity to bring the full force of his charisma to bear on an English speaking audience..
